Brag!

For the longest time (well, since we've been home owners and parents) we've wanted to get the kids a play structure. Neither one of us had such a thing growing up and thought it'd be fun. The boys love to go play on the structure at the park and it'd just be so much easier if they could hop into the backyard and play.

We mulled about the idea of purchasing a structure from a company that would install it for us. However, the price tag just about made a person wanna die. So, Ramesh said he'd build one. My friend Dave, upon hearing this, summed it up with "I didn't know Ramesh was the handy type". As it turns out, he is!

He bought a kit from Home Depot and then formulated a plan to build a BIGGER and BETTER playstructure. He wants them to have everything! Slides, swings, rock wall, monkey bars - you name it! So, he's been putting in a lot of hours with lots of sweat and achy muscles. He's getting close to completion - just had to share a photo of how it's looking.



Connor loves to climb up, but has a death fear of the enclosed slide, so I've got to lift him off the tower. When the 2nd tower (on the right) is complete, it will have a slide that Connor will enjoy.
